The danger of a car falling inside is a lot lower than it crashing into a building at a "T" intersection. I've seen many parks in the middle of a roundabout in RL and in this game. As far as the game goes, I can't recall anyone complaining about a car running over little Suzie while she is playing hopscotch. We need variety in this game and originality in this game! When driving through do you think people worry about a car falling on their heads? Very nice indeed, so much potential even as is. I can't wait for your updated release of the model! One comment for your future work, while I know people want to be as realistic and true to the actual building as much as the game will allow, it doesn't always translate well. But most important you must decide, "do I make myself happy or the masses?" Thank you for sharing.

I really want this, but I will wait for your 2nd version. I know the real building is kind of stark as far as textures go, but that never translates well in the game. Keeping it plain makes it look cartoony. Perhaps it can use some more shading and shadows? I like this a lot, thank you for sharing!

This is pretty. I even like the texture of the water, while it may be bright for some, this will work perfect for a Utopian area I am building with Pegasus' Utopian Series. Thanks for sharing!

Call me lazy if you must, but I like to make my area as perfect as I can. Even though this saves just 2 seconds, having to do it every few minutes sometimes can be quite annoying. Thank you for making my play time more enjoyable!

Thanks for sharing this. I know it's one of your older items, but back where I come from you can see a cross off on a hill in many towns. Add's just a little more realism to my game.
