Some of the lines aren't aligned properly, and no buildings in NY have parking lots (unless they're in a garage or underground). I suggest that you remove the cars from the sidewalk and just continue the plaza. Otherwise, good job. I like the detail on the roof.

haha this BAT must be really good if the only thing wrong about it is its parking lots. which personally, i dont care, cuz ill probably stick it in my downtown like a normal person, in which case you wouldnt see the parking lot lol. Great job insane nightlights 10/10

I simply love your work, as always. You have a very sophisticated eye for the details, and the fact that you love nyc skyscrapers gives you the right approach to build them... concerning the skyscrapers of that city you are my absolute hero!!! And the parking lots; well, as harry226 pointed out- one doesnt't see them. In the neighborhood of those highrises (nearly) everything is allowed ;) So, congrats, and a 10/10! Looking forward to the rest of the midtown- streets above 48th!!

The comments left by Patriots_1228 and Anubis89 go to show the incredible decline in quality (or at least recognizing quality) on this site. Slam465 was correct in leaving you a polite critique on two details and complimenting you on the overall project. Personally I agree with him. continued---

--continued. This is a nice model, with some great roof junk, and I'd like to tell you that you've gotten alot better since you've started. However, parts of the facade don't line up, and in reality there wouldn't be any parking lots because that'd just be a waste of space. Keep up the good work.

uhh khoin little to serious there, i was just saying you no a BAT is good when people are struggling to think of criticism. i agree the roof junk could be better but when you stick this in the middle of downtown are you really gonna say,"Darn i wish he didnt put in that tiny parking lot!"

Skyscraper, you've always been good but I think this one has evolved you into a great. The BAT is very nice and looks exactly like the real thing. I could really care less about how the lot was done, as there is the LE for all of those people that do not care for the lot and wish to change it. ;)

but it's not only the lot, Khoin and I both mentioned that some of the facades do not align properly. Anyway, I was only mentioning the realism of the lot. Sidenote: to correct Khoin, I'm a "her" not a "him."
