Beige Estate v.1.0

That's the result of my latest attempt to do a non-european style bulding. It's modeled after a photo which I found by an accident when I was surfing (it's above). Unfortunatelly I can't tell you where this bulding exactly is, but I bet somewhere in the north America.

It's a simple high wealth residential block. It has 16 floors, and the swimming pool on the uppest one. It can be visible as the light is turned on. As you can see, there are many balconies. What else can I say? Hope you'll like this building and download it. Sorry for 'very original' name of it, but I couldn't invent anything better.

@ samjam: All it takes is to read a tutorial or two, then you will be able to make an additional landmark version in a few minutes. No programming skills or whatever needed. ;)

Very nice work! I do not like the architectural style in real life, but you did a super job replicating it. Perfect nightlighting!

You've done a great job replicating this building from the photo and the lighting is excellent. The roof/and roof tiles could use asome more work, but this is a great job for someone so new to Batting

Finally on a STEX! i had to ask you when it'll be released... beautiful omnilights... no more needed... (but, i think the contrast of the roof should be... less contrasted :) 9+/10)
