No, the Extra space can be plazas, and colorful walkways. Very few are parking though. :)

It's good because it's hard to even get high wealth commercial to grow the high skyscrapers. At least with this it won't be so hard anymore.

how can you get those texture packages because when i click on them it says "file not found". this has been the case with alot of my add ons and they just show up as brown boxes! Can someone help me pleas?
