    Sweet!!! This building is in the middle of an area of New York City devoid of any skyscrapers, so this is a nice pick. The faded looks make this building look authentic.

    Sweet, just awesome! There is an apartment complex not far from where I live that looks like this, albiet it is a lil bit taller and costs like $1500/mo for a studio. (Yeah, they're crazy.)

    Sweet: A building using the X-Bracing system is always one of my favorites. I have a perfect place for it. Thanks! (I don't care if it doesn't have nightlighting, it's still pretty sweet!!! Maybe someone else can add nightlighting to it?)

    Oddly, this looks similar to an apartment complex where I once resided and no, we didn't have much parking there. Thus, this is highly believable.
