Northgate Office Tower 1.0

This is one of those files like a few b4 that I have seen where both the LM and grow able are part of the same file. The only problem with that is that to be able to make use of the grow able aspect of this really gorgeous and tall looking design; one has to also have to make space for the LM option. I don't dismiss that both options are great to have but only that it would have been better to offer the choice to either or. Frankly, I would have been happier with just the grow able option and instead of a LM; a plop able with jobs. Obviously, you are the boss but that is my honest review from this.

5 Stars would have been offered had the file actually matched the name of the building and not that it took me nearly a week tracking this file down bc the building name and the file name were different.
