I can't remember where it came from or who made it; but there's a modular hospital set built around the has a few separate buildings for a hospital complex that you can join together - chapel, maternity ward, A+E, etc - that may be of interest to you. Maybe someone else knows where it originated from...

  8. It's not surprising - a great deal of resources are required to maintain all the server infrastructure for all of these games. It's disappointing however that the movement as of the past few years when it comes to games has been to externalize as much as possible on the cloud to combat piracy, cheating, whatever, etc...certainly many of these games relied on their online interactions and are, as said above, completely dead to those who purchased them.
