    83% of my sims speak German, while 12% speak English. The remander then speak Russian. This is a cool thread!
  3. I have 2 cities/countries. New Haven/Western Country: Democracy Kursk/Eastern Country: Communist As you may guess, they border each other. So diplomatic relationships between the two are tense. They both keep threating war on each other if the one dosen't give into the demands to the other. I plan on feturing both countries in a CJ some time in the future.

    I lay out my roads, avenue, ect. first. I find it helps me to build [More] realisticly. After everything is layed out, then I fill it in with RCI.
