How do I create a lake? I noticed that after you start a new city, it no longer seems possible. I tried creating a small valley but it doesn't fill up with water. I remember in SimCity 3000 it was still possible to create a lake after starting a new city.

The LEX website doesn't seem to be working. When i was about to unzip this file to the plugins folder, the computer said that i already have a file called PEGPROD. It asked me if I wanted to overwrite the file. Should I overwrite it? I clicked no because i was afraid that doing so might interfere with another mod called Simpeg Farm Mod.

What do you think of simcity 5? Would you recommend it? I've seen negative reviews of it all over the Internet, but from the pictures I've seen, simcity 5 looks very promising. I'm Thinking of upgrading to it from simcity 4.

I think I now remember the website which had mods for simcity 3000. It was called simcity 3000 control tower. I'm not able to access it from the link lane in simcity 3000 resource centre.
