Yeah there is enough virtual memory to satisfy it... I think iLive may have corrupted my SimCity_1.dat file - and the problem is that I lost my CD a couple of months ago so I got a NO-CD crack but I cannot get the new SimCity_1.dat file...

You say you rolled back your driver; why not try installing the latest version again?
