    Over the years, There has been a lot of incredible buildings created for download, There has also been crap. Ive seen buildings that were 95% MAXIS creations & the only difference to them is that some jerk off changed the tile look in front of the building to grass & then wanted to be told how great of a job he had done. This how ever, is Good. In fact I would say that from a person who does not know how to create BAT's but loves this game, its very good . The suggestions you got on here may be accurate when coming from a seasoned BAT creator, & to reach their level of work, they are right. But from my side of the fence, it looks great!    PS : include buildings stats next time. : JOBS, PLOP or GROW, OFFICE or RETAIL etc.

    Thank you for your up load but youve compied the same errors that everyone on here does. Does it have jobs? if so how many? Is it a plop or does it grow? These are questions people Expect to have answered before they download something.

    I like the colors you are using , very Clean and refreshing, using there with your comercial buildings and other specific buildings , you can have a MODERN sector in a large city.

  13. Sort of off topic, but still on topic I guess. It seems a lot of TOP uploaders have decided to pull dependecie packs from this site. That means all new downloaders are screwed. If someone has pulled props and other needed files then the modds should pull ALL of their files that require the files that the uploader has pulled. Running these files with out the needed props and dependecies can cause problems in your game as well as your computer. I have many SIM GOOBER files that arn't complete because he or some one with him decided to pull dependecies off the STX. Now if I click on his buildings my game shuts off and causes a crash. Is anyone else having this problem? Ive gone as far as regestering at the LEX site and have no way of down loading anything unless ( it seems ) I pay to use their site. Being some one who has sent money to the STX but lost my disk's, it burns y ass that now I have a ton of usless building files with no way to get dependenies. BSC Texture Pack Vol2 is one major files that has been pulled for some reason... Most of the BSC files wont work with out it and guess what ... if you dont have it already YOU CANT GET IT NOW. If some one has an answer to this could you private message me?
