About This File

My most ambitious building yet, the Franklin Insurance Building is the most unique one to date, especially with uncommon green windows similar to base SC4 buildings like Lillard Audio and related styles. Small courtyard at the base, and shipping access on the side. Great rendered nightlights as well.

Lot size is 3x3, and CO$$$/landmark stats in screenshots.
