    Hello Simtropolis! I am back with a small set of banks, a variety for you all. The original idea here was to recreate the Comerica Bank in Kalamazoo, MI. In doing so, the kind people in the BAT open discussion suggested I throw in a few versions, so I listened. Included in this pack are: Original Comerica Bank Bank of Ceafus Generic No Logo Building All 3 are CO$$$ providing around 700 jobs. Including both DN and MN versions! Choose the one when you push download. I am so very thankful for everyone here at ST that has supported me through the years and helped me grow, you guys mean a lot to me!     Good evening Simtropolis, They are on every roadside across America and the world. Ruining landscapes and helping people get lawyers, roadside snacks, and fuel. In this pack I created a mix of realistic and fictional billboards for your cities. In total there are 44 unique billboards. I have separated them into their own folders for your convenience to sort through the ones you may or may not want. A huge thank you to the members that let me use their usernames and BAT businesses for this, it made for some fun spins on things. All have included nitelighting, minus the 2 "abandoned" billboards. Located under the Parks Menu. Requires BSC Textures Vol02 Thank you as always!

It has been modded to work like a regular medical clinic in-game, but with the advantage of 4x the radius and capacity of the in-game small clinic. Making this a useful way to provide medical services in smaller cities.     Dollar General is slated for release soon, I have been making final adjustments I just haven't had the time to post them. None the less, the PIM-X discussion sparked an interest in me to redo all of my .decs and .lot files to have better growth, but I do not have the time so I am going to do the next best thing. I will be gathering all of the .model files and releasing them in 1 pack to use on your own lots. I do not have the free time to do it individually, and I wish in my earlier days I would have invested more time in getting that right so that everyone wouldn't be having the issues they are. None the less, it's never too late for something to be done. Thank you all for the love and support over the years! I hope to continue making models after this one is finished, but RL has kept me busy for the last 8 years as I find myself in the portion of life where you put these things aside for jobs, marriage, and kids. Happy modding my friends!
