AIG Tower 1.0.0

The modeling is well-done, the textures are excellent, and the BAT is appropriately modded.

But that nightlighting is simply exquisite. A lot of players are reluctant to play their cities in the nighttime setting - they're worried about DarkNite vs MaxisNite (personally, I think the sheer variety of BAT textures out there have mitigated some of the stark DN/MN contrast), buildings with inadequate "spotlight" style lighting, or simply no night lights at all.

But a model like this shows that's really missing out on a critical aesthetic component of the game. The quieter background noise and the cricket sound in rural areas, the little headlights and taillights of automata, and truly phenomenal night-lighting such as that on Cockatoo's AIG Tower here. This is wonderful, this is a treat for the eyes. It brings sparkle to a 20+ year old game. Bravo! 5/5!

This is why SC4 continues to look better than Cities Skylines for me, you just can't get models as beautiful as this! Stunning upgrade to one of my all time favourite SC4 skyscrapers.
