    You got to love the water based foundation. Anyone for pool jumping out the 40th floor window? This building-lot has many unique features (the multi-color, the nightlighting, the various building angles, and fantastic water base and pier foundation) that make it a very wonderful addition to anyone's downtown area. What an achievement!

    Very dark, very gothic, very amazing! This is an instant classic. Also, you got to love the missing shingles on the roof. There is a lot more I can say about this masterpiece, but I see that I'm already late for my 3 pm appointment. :-)

    Sam - I see that you have penalized me for just stating an opionion (which you characterized as destructive criticism). Unfortunately, you do not allow one the option to respond to your perspective other than by placing it back in this forum. It must be nice to be the cop, prosecutor, judge and jury regarding what you deem reasonable opionions (nothing negative). Would it have been better if I just said "poor 1.65 rating"? I expect you will now penalizing me again for expressing this view.

    deion30296, it is well within the community's right to provide feedback/criticism. In fact, that is why this forum was created. For those who do not have the time, resources, or skill can still be a contributing factor in the community by providing reasonable opinions and thought. This lot is more than deserving of the negative feedback you are complaining about. Don't be so sensitive.

    The open end of the stadium needs to be developed further. It looks like someone used a cleaver and chopped your work in half. If you see the real photo of the stadium, though it is open-ended the stadium is still fully developed all around and enclosed. By the way, where is the large scoreboard. However, I do like what you did for the completed half of the stadium so I'll give you half a score.

    Thanks ldvger. Your instructions noted on the 3/19/09 date simplied the matter greatly in getting this great tool to work for me. And I agree in an earlier comment you may have posted on this thread that the various techno terms that are so easily thrown around in this forum makes it unneccesarily complicated for many. Sometimes I feel the need for a thesaurus to just get thru all the lingo-mumbo-jumbo spewed throughout this forum. That being said, for anyone who is now just stumbling upon this tool creat by Buggil, which I feel opened an whole new phase of the Sim City development, when first introduced back in late 2006, go directly to Idvger's instructions posted on 3/19/09 to learn how to get this tool to work for you the first time. Your life will feel a whole lot easier. Thanks again.

    To date I believe this is your best work. However, the lack of time and effort on the lot and the entrance diminishes this. It is like serving an expensive fine Napa wine in a dixie cup. Please provide the secret to the entrance of your buildings. 3.5 out of 5.
