  12. Nah, allready switched on software. I highly doubt that it's caused by my computer configuration: AMG Athlon 2.4ghz 512 DDR RAM NVIDIA 6600GT I have SimCity4 since its came-out and I never had this problem before. I think it's related to a plugin or a missing file. I'll try re-installing the game. Thanks for the advices. Oh, and I've resized the pic, sorry for that.
