  3. Toyota Center

The thing could do damn fine without the oversized publicity on it.
  4. Canals

Use the End key to rotate the lots. That's the only answer you need.

Viva el Canada! Man, I so love this country. Can buy beer at 18 and drink it legally at 16.
  10. ID Debate

Man I wish I could buy beer D: Only a few months left
  11. World Changers

I recommend everyone here to read "Small Gods", by Terry Pratchett. Man, this guy is funny, but at the same time that single books raises a lot of questionings. It's truly a great book to anyone (with at least a little open mind). Someone not interested in morals and religion will find it funny and well though, and someone who is interested in those will surely cherish the book 'till his death.
  12. World Changers

Well, yeah... organized religion, that is.
  13. The Village

    I'm hooked!
  14. Frustration - population hits glass ceiling

Dude, did you try laying down other zones than low density?
  15. Cities Unlimited

For now, it looks pretty promising. At least, I've got a whole lot more hope in this than SCS.
  16. Maybe a good game, fun to play... But nothing that we wanted.
  17. Simtropolis 1000

I think a 2.5D engine will be fine. Seriously, does 3D is all that important?
  18. God I can't even image the nightmare for the computer. People, we gotta stay realistic! All these stuff you've shown are rendered and static stuff. Something as dynamic as SimCity couldn't handle these graphics. We're not in 2015!
  19. Simtropolis 1000

That would be unreasonably hard to do.
  20. Simtropolis 1000

First we need to find a reliable team with members that are ready to go into a very difficult and demanding project. Seriously, that thing could takes YEARS to make. Just look at the Black Mesa: Source team. They have the full Source engine with a lot of pre-made props and coding, but they still have a lot to do after 2 years of making.
  21. Simtropolis 1000

Anyone here are programmers (Like, real ones)? That's probably the thing we'll need most and also lack most. Making a game is not only modeling buildings and such.
  22. Simtropolis 1000

You know, while some persons are really skeptic about all this... I find it all possible. Of course we need a team for everything. But it can be done. Look at what we have done now. It's already quite astounding.
  23. Sim City: in a new direction

So you are telling us we have no reason to be disappointed or to moan? Yeah right, I mean, we just got our hopes for a good game blown to pieces after 5 years of waiting. Stabbing in the back anyone?
  24. New info!

Well yeah. Talk about "getting back to the sources"... It's more like throwing everything away. I feel really depressed now, earlier this day I had some hope due to the devellopers enthusiasm... but geez now... Look like this one is not for me...
  25. Now that's better. I'm willing to listen more about it.
