That one was originally hosted on the SimPolska website, but I got it from a backup someone uploaded here: The file name is Tao_Muzeum Okręgowe Sieradz.

Haven't posted something in a while. Here's a town I've been working on for the past week or so. It's been a real challenge to find a combination of buildings to match the vibe I was going for, but I'm happy how it turned out.

When I decided to check Simtropolis this morning I certainly didn't expect to see C1000! This looks great and fits in well with the early 2000's theme of the game. It might be worth exploring if you could make a set of these with other since defunct supermarkets! (Super de Boer and Edah come to mind)

One thing I love about this game is that no matter what you're looking for, chances are someone actually already made it a decade ago! Thank you!

First one: Second one: SFBT Cafe Kranzler, formerly on the LEX Third and fourth one were AFAIK also SFBT files hosted on the LEX I might have seen that last one in the SimPolska files, but I'm not entirely sure.

What rendering mode are you using in the game?

Appreciate the advice! I did experiment a bit with textures, but quickly ran into the same issues as you with scale. Adding a small rectangle to my texture should probably (hopefully ) work.

I'm looking for textures or props that mimic the tactile paving often used to assist people who are visually impaired. Seen here on the left of the crosswalk in a real life example I'm trying to recreate: Posted the same request in the Show us What you're Working On thread, but I can imagine this flew under the radar there.

In the streetview screenshot you can also see a bit of tactile paving to assist people who are visually impaired. Figured that while I'm fine tuning this, I might as well include that too. Does anyone know of a texture or prop pack that already has something like that? Edit: Just clarifying: An exact match with a prop or texture would be fantastic, but even something that could pass for tactile paving would be great.

Love the tarsealed streets by @rivit, but optional crosswalks didn't entirely fit in with my Nordic themed region. A short trip through Google streetview resulted in this bit of inspiration from Norway: Based on that I made this texture (left the high density lot, right the low density lot): Still needs some fine tuning with the props (IIRC @rsc204 used signs similar to these in his crosswalks?), but overall I'm happy how these turned out.

PIM-X seems unable to open the lot files in @Q-Tips' The Hairdresser: Not sure if the files are corrupted or if the mistake is on my end. Could anyone confirm the issue?
-
Any specific lots I could check out for inspiration? Great idea! Unfortunately the stairs in the front are part of the model, so finding the space for benches will be tricky. The church is now centered, but moving it to the side might free up some space. Decisions, decisions...

I find that a fresh coat of paint can really spruce up older bats. @Krio's Lapinkirkko looked great, but its Maxis fences kind of put me off from using it in my cities. Replacing those with @Girafe's hedges (big fan of the set by @Flann!) made a difference! Still a work in progress at this point. The plants and trees will probably be replaced by HD models by Girafe. I'm also considering adding gravestones around the building, but I don't want to overdo it either. Maybe keeping it simple is the way to go? Would removing the trees enable use of MMP's for more flexibility? Any advice would be appreciated! Links for those interested:

Traced it to CP's Glorybee Chapel. Already had it in my plugins folder, but didn't recognize it as I was using a different set of models. CP included three possible coloring schemes in the pack
