I would not consider this neighborhood run down, and this is not a building from Brooklyn, it's a building from The Bronx. This neighborhood is not rundown the place looks like heaven compared to the 80's. -

Thank you guys!!!!! 1466 Grand Concourse Here's another building, it's located on Grand Concourse. I feel the size of the building is not right and i might but this one on hold for a while until I get things right. I'm sorry I have been missing for a while. Right now I sick but I'm going to try to make a new apartment to night if I can find one in the Bronx. T Wrecks- For now the building is on hold. 2295 Grand Concourse Here's a new building this one is located on one of my favorite Boulavords Grand Concourse. This is the second time I worked on a building on Grand Concourse, the first one was never completed because it was made in Gmax and at that time I was leaving Gmax for 3ds max. Ahh, I was like yesterday. Maybe I will re-Bat the building in the future.
