Excellent work! It seems that the current version is ploppable (2008) -- but what if you want only a growable version? I hate long menus. I was looking at the lot in IReader, but I'm afraid to tweak anything. If I just take away the Landmarks occupancy code in LEProp, would it still show up as a growable in the game?

Good luck!

I am relatively new here, and I downloaded ALL of your buildings -- they are superb! I agree with Mrbison -- a windmill is in order. Thanks for everything. Oh, is your "Oude" lot the only landmark lot? I am trying to figure out how to render LM into commercial and residential lots (I hate long menus). Thanks!

This is a fine building, but my poor Sims are not much in reading. The few adults who are into it make the trek downtown to read in the splendor of the main library where they serve free coffee and have comfortable heating and AC. The smart poor children get their books from school. Who really would want to read with such poor natural light? I think that the building would make a much better women's shelter (health menu?); it looks like some that I have seen. Still, nice bat!

I would love to have a Meijer's store . . . especially the super ones that have interesting facades.

Your work is great . . . thanks so much for it. I've downloaded everything but the banks. As far as Canadian businesses go, I suggest Paul's Motor Inn from Victoria. It's a great little place -- a wonderful deal of a time warp. Here is the web site: http://www.paulsmotorinn.com/photogallery.htm, but the pictures don't do it justice; they make it look like any other hotel. The place is charming, though . . . like a trip back to the early 60's. It would be a CS $ or $$. The restaurant in front is splendidly Ho Jo-ish. Better pictures are from the traveler's pics on tripadvisor: http://www.tripadvisor.com/LocationPhotos-g154945-d226288-Paul_s_Motor_Inn-Victoria_Vancouver_Island_British_Columbia.html#17101315 It's one of the best values in Canada. That should get it something.

I would like to see a cotton-production chain, from cotton fields and farms to the textile mills. I'm not sure what a third step could be. Maybe a denim jeans factory would do. Speaking of which, I wonder if there's a Levi's industrial out there . . . Thanks for your work!

This will come in nicely with Cycledogg's 19th century set over on SC4 Devotion: https://www.sc4devotion.com/csxlex/lex_filedesc.php?lotGET=241, among others. I love the reward chains (rum, liquor), and now we get tobacco. I'd like to see a cotton chain, too . . . with textile mills. Thanks, and good luck!

Greetings! I would like to see some more Orthodox churches available. There are two Greek churches and two Russian ones that I know (This Uspenski is beautiful: https://www.simtropolis.com/stex/index.cfm?id=14066), but not much else. The Christ the Savior Cathedral in Moscow would be a good one to do. It was the main church in Moscow before the Bolsheviks, and Stalin turned the razed area into a swimming pool. They rebuilt it in the 1990's and it opened back up in 2000. Its homepage in English is: http://www.xxc.ru/english/ From http://www.litosonline.com/articles/48/art4801.shtml - (it has other information, too): "The height of the Temple to the top of the main cross is 105 m, the greatest length and width is 91 m, the main cupola is 30 m in diameter, the height from the basis of the main cupola to the top its cross is 38 m." For a plop sound, it would be neat to have some Russian bells: http://www.russianbells.com/zvons/zvon-index.html Here are some photos: I am going to request other churches, too, but this would be a good and satisfying challenge to any brilliant BATter out there! Thanks, Joseph
