About This File
Completed in 1889, The Glisan Building is an example of the cast-iron architecture in Portland, Oregon's Old Town District. It contains Kell's Irish Restruant and Pub, a Seattle-based chain. This is positively THE place to be in Portland on St. Patrick's Day, as it hosts the city's largest St. Pat's party.
This is my first old-style building, and is set up to be a Wall-to-Wall (W2W) lot.
Installation Instructions:
Unzip and run the installer program. Files will unzip to C:/...my documents/SimCity 4/Plugins/Sparkythepenguin/Kells (you may change the destination if you wish). You may then go through and remove undesired versions.
Stats:
Lot: 1x2 (all lots)
The growable lots should grow only as a stage 4 Chicago tiles.
