This is pack one of two. These are low wealth rowhouse lots that each sit on a 1x2 lot. There are 5 lots in each pack for a total of 10 lots all together. There are 2 rowhouses per lot for a total of 20 houses. These are single family units housing 12 sims per lot ( 6 per house). The lots are growable only, residential lots.

- The new updated files can replace the older ones in a plugins folder and will overwrite the old ones to work in-game without any bulldozing.
