    I have searched bats and forums for a hill climber or funiculaire. I am surprised that this would not have been done before. I wonder if it would be possible to have a modified GLR that would work in such a way on hill sides and mountains? If this has been done, please let me know.

    As always, this is great! I like the produce crates -- and the American flag in the window! I need to go back and look at your other lots (I have all the $ ones), but do any of them have a news stand at the bottom? If not, that would be a good ground floor business. An Asian shop would be good, too, since many urban neighborhoods have businesses run by Asians. In DC, there are the "carry outs" that feature, "Chicken, Pizza, Sub, Chinese, BBQ" -- rather amazing places.
