  1. Look, the dude was rude and snarky. All he had to do was plead the Fifth without either, and he didn't. You sounded like you supported what he did, and made it to seem like it was no big deal. What does the hypocrisy of the American Dream have to do with the guy's flaunting and teasing of the committee? He was and is an uncaring idiot.

  3. So, what you're posting is that the guy was right in what he did? He could have at least had a stoic expression on his visage while evoking his Fifth Amendment rights, not a sneaky smirk. Besides, Rep. Cummings isn't an "authoritarian", since his party isn't in control of Congress. It's the GOP, which, if you've noticed, said very little in criticizing the guy. It's vital that the government keep an eye out for people like this jerk, who care about nothing but profits. And before you go all off ranting about "Big Government", isn't that what the Congress is supposed to be for, keeping an eye out? Then rant about the GOP doing their job...

    I have a couple of older cities where the light commercial tax revenue has basically gone ridiculously negative and they have become crime-ridden cesspools. I had intended to explore the new features in new cities anyway, but it still kind of stinks. Got the After Dark Hotfix mod, and now I can play. Man, my city looks COMPLETELY different after dark!

  11. I'd like to request a mod that can draw the highway in opposite directions simultaneously. When I draw one myself, it's uneven at best because I can't draw them parallel. I like asymmetry, but well, mine look downright ugly. Here, it can look professional. Or at the least, a mod that can draw the highway in the same direction on both sides, but can then be altered on one side in the opposite direction...

    My black screen is coming when I'm playing several minutes into the game. I'm stumped...
  24. It seems that when I try to save my game (I use the auto save mod as well), the picture of the city suddenly flips upside down, and freezes, but the sounds of the city keep going! I have to restart my game. Anybody else have this problem? I'm going to turn off my auto save mod and see what happens...
