    Seems like a graphics card issue. Make sure drivers are up to date. If that dosent work, back up the My Documents\Simcity4 and reinstall the game.

    Very realistic... it would be cool if there was some way that other variations of other draggable power lines around... like lower voltage for smaller towns and grids. 10/10

    The only problem is that buildings dont reconigze the lots as a road and end up abandoned 7/10
