First of all, thank you for sharing your creations with us here on Simtropolis! It's much appreciated. All your buildings show much promise and talent, but there are also some aspects where there's room for improvement. Therefore, I'd like to echo _B's comment on your last upload: Have you thought about opening a BAT thread here? It is clear that you have what it takes to make great stuff, and with some constructive feedback and help from the experts, you could take full advantage of your potential. As good as this is (especially for a gmax BAT), I am confident that you are capable of even more! However, it'll take some feedback, hints, and help from others. I'd be glad to help out where I can, but a thread would be a better place for this. In any case, thanks once again and keep 'em coming!

I like it! Those reflections look awesome! However, I can see there are a few bits and pieces that you can improve. For starters, the textures for the glass pavilion at the bottom don't look too good. Also, there is some room for improvement when it comes to nightlighting. Why don't you start a BAT thread? You can get help and feedback from the community during development of you BATs. It would help you create higher quality BATs, and give you a chance to get in touch with other site members:

Very cool...thanks alot for your work! I'd love to have these as automata. I know how to do it, just have never devoted the time. Would you consider it?

How can this mod be real if Sims aren't real?

-Cori edit: I've changed this to 5 stars because the reason for down rating is complete bogus and unacceptable. The original comment is left intact. Nice stuff. Unfortunately the word "Indian" in this context is now anathema in Canada because of recent political developments. The preferred word is now "indigenous". We have three groups that fall into that category in our general mosaic of peoples: the First Nations; the Métis; and the Inuit. Because of the really bad treatment by the colonists in the early days, the word "Indian" just fell out of use, probably forever in this country. And the low rating is because this is not useful to me here. I approve of the effort, but can't approve of the nomenclature. Maybe you haven't had the uproar with your indigenous people that we have, but watch out: You are probably going to have one now that ours have had their resolution put forward by the government.

Great work, why you did not list the dependencies. It would be a good idea to do that.

Olá. No meu Simcity este mod até funcionou. Mas não aceita nenhuma construção fora dos antigos limites mesmo com o mod expandindo estes antigos limites. Alguém poderia me ajudar? Queria muito que este mod funcionasse.

I haven't DLd this yet- I'm not far enough into Cities: Skylines yet to even imagine an urban area large enough to support a big cineplex like this. But the pics are to die for, especially the streetlevel views. I guess the parking is out back, though. I'd hate to fight for one of those couple of spaces on the side of the building. Great work, Dennis! David

Very useful for anyone making sci-fi CJs. Thanks Huston, I'm currently working on some custom lots and these will really come in handy.

Wow! That's some quite impressive sci-fi stuff you are sharing with us. I don't see myself ever using any of it because it doesn't suit my personal playing style, but I know quality when I see it, and those who are into sci-fi should love these props - and the ones you didn't depict...

Oooooh! An upload from you - it's been too long without one! As I said in the thread, I first mistook the building for a skyscraper before I noticed its actual size. However, it proves that small towers can also be beautiful. The marquee, the clock, the large company logo... it's all so classy! Needless to say, modeling and texturing are up to your usual level (i.e. marvelous), and the colourful night lights are a wonderful eye catcher, too. Maybe the light in the office windows is a tad on the cold side, but I guess that can be justified by the fact that it's offices and not apartments. Congratulations on your 10-year upload anniversary (at least counting your current nick), too! May another 10 years follow. Now where's Aaron with his Beekman Tower to give this little gem some equal company? I'm looking at you, Mr. Art Deco!

Let me be the first to say that this looks awesome! The furnished interior creates a very nice night scene. It was a fun project to follow and I applaud the choice of creating a building that helps add some more diversity to the too-small selection of midrises out there.

I've been using the cheat menu for years. I can tell you now, mineputsirsk's review is wrong. It works great. He/she must have installed it wrong and before troubleshooting, took immediately to a negative review. Anyone else who uses this cheat menu would give it 5-stars, easily. It's the most helpful menu there is! Open the cheat menu, then right-click on the box and voila!, every cheat in the game is listed for you to choose from. Never had a problem installing it or using it. Totally worth downloading and using!

Out of nowhere you come and fix the most annoying bug the game has. One I predict few people ever realistically thought could be fixed. Spent the day testing/playing and trying to get a CTD at every opportunity. Despite doing all the things you are not supposed to do, no CTDs. If you are wondering whether to install this or not? It's like the EP1 update or I-HT fix, everyone needs this. - Jan 2018 update - Well I can't sit idly by ignoring the latest updates to this amazing fix. For those with cities long since thought of as dead, killed by Prop Pox, this update can bring them back to life. Not to mention the side benefit of prevention too. ZombieSC4 saves back from the dead, you should have saved this for Halloween . In all seriousness though, your work on some fairly catastrophic shortcomings left in the game simply can not be understated. I'm sure your contributions will help to retain players who might otherwise, frustrated at loosing all their hard work, simply cease playing. That's really what makes this fix so special, thank you for all your hard work and amazing technical achievements.

After DL of your gas station , I decided to see what else you had to offer and seen these . They are perfect for one of those cookie cutter neighborhoods you see around the US . I seen them in people's CJ's a while ago and liked them then . But I've been building my plugins folder a bit more cautiously than in the past . Better organisation and management leads to less misfortune . Thanks for sharing this wonderful content , your work is impeccable . Thanks again .

Looks great! Love the unique shape of the building.

Nice to see SC4 is still attractive enough that people keep making buildings. Not you first upload, BAT thread would be in order here. The main issue this building doesn't look as good as it could might be the facade material. The building was built in the 1930s I guess and looking at RL pictures it's clearly visible it has an Art-Deco design. Therefore, your building looks too modern, possibly built in the late 1960s-1970s. I'd strongly advise you to open your BAT thread, tell people which programme you use and show your settings, especially concerning the textures. Take the time you need, if the building will look better people will appreciate that and be patient. However, although too simple for a recreation, I'm going for 4 stars as it perfectly fits the old-school Maxis building style.

Texans like their pickup trucks, so I'm gonna have to say yes to this one, even if they are Chevys. Nice upload!

    Excellent textures again!

I'm sorry, but I have to agree with Giggles here. For one thing, the BAT is horribly squashed; I would try doing a non-uniform scale in the BAT of 133%, as I do with all of my BAT's. It looks like even the base proportions themselves were wrong, though, so I'm not sure that alone would be enough. The cars repeating every row with the same pattern don't help things any — much more variation would go a long way. On the bright side, I do like that the building itself is diagonal — which ordinarily would be a big plus for me — but unfortunately that dosen't save it this time. I'm confident that you can do it, though, so keep trying.

Really neat, HD houses are perfect for suburban CJs, specially when in so great variety.

Great job!! I'm always looking for high quality residential homes to add variety to the game. I will definitely download these.
