    Great idea. There aren't many water treatment plants and this one is really well done.   However ,you have included in the rar file many dependencies from other creators ( such as SHK_ParkingPack.dat, PEG-PPond_Kit_102.dat, and many more)  which is not permited. I think you should properly check all the dependencies and link them as a dependencies instead of include them in the rar files.   Nice lotting anyway.
