Great BAT - I took one look at it and thought it looked like university housing. Wonderful textures. Such a pity that someone rated this a 1 - makes me want to do away with rating altogether, they're so arbitrary. I'm kicking my 5 into the pool to help undo the damage!

For everyone who downloads but does not normally rate or comment, please rate, and possibly rate higher, to help offset whoever has been downrating our lots.

But this is not the first time this has happened. Both Nofunk and my uploads have been getting downrated since November. As most uploaders would tell you, after uploading something, creators keep an eye on the STEX to see how their upload is doing, and I've noticed distinct and suspicious dips in ratings on our uploads.

Hey everyone. The first three people to rate Kingsley Arms was nofunk, me, and todd, and at that point it was rated 5 stars. However, at the 4th vote, the rating went down to 4. Because of the way the math works out, the 4th person rated a 1.

Ah finally! Glad you managed to get this on the STEX :p Really wonderful BAT, especially useful with the 1x3 lot. We could definitely use some more apartments of this shape and size.

Seriously, thanks to all of you who support me and appreciate my work. And thank you Jason, for writing that. The downrating really just makes me sad, because I put a lot of time and effort into these BATs. I think I've always been kind and treated people fairly on here, so I'm not sure why anyone feels the need to be malicious towards me.

It not fair to ANY creator to have his work underrated with out so much as an "I don't like it." I'd respect anyone who could give a one and say why, but tossing a 1 around is a little crushing after all that work goes into a BAT. God knows you BSP old timers deserve all the credit you get.

Yeah, I've been noticing that too. It's stupid, hopefully the person in question can be caught somehow. Anyway, awesome job on this, Nofunk. Having two lot sizes is definitely a big plus.

Surely you're new to BATting, the textures are a little too neat and clean (bright). Use better or more used tex's next time. Also be careful with the scale, this one is a little oversized.

Roof texturing could use some serious work. Flat white for a roof is entirely unrealistic...

I better elaborate...that thing looks great. Although I think its a very plain building, it has a charm to it, and the surface floor's design is great! Tulsa has many great buildings, this being one of the less impressive, but it's always a nice addition. It's also nice to see some recognition of Tulsa as a real urban area! Man

The STEX images can be really tall. They can only be 250 pixels wide, but they can be much taller than 185 pixels. You can make the STEX image tall enough to show your entire building (not just the top).

I agree with madhatter106, the roof texture tiling is unfortunate. A great BAT otherwise! Also, the spelling error makes me want to kill people.

You can tell that a lot of time and effort were put into these. The textures and props you've used are what finishes them off so professionally and gives them variety

You call 5 dependencies a long list for a complete collection of beautiful buildings? That's just pathetic...

The only thing is that the description of this lot is terrible English. I have no idea what the author is trying to say. "its gracefully with noble, the dignity which, the atmosphere manifests with the simple and direct design style, tallies with new times Beijing, is the new century Chang'an Street's vertices and the terrestrial reference construction." Huh?!? Someone please contact the author and either revise it for him/her, or let him know that not a word can be understood.
