When @Raymond7cn contacted me, I looked around the Japanese sites.

He was not up on the two forum sites that are still alive. If that's the case, then his own site is suspect, but two sites have already been shut down on sites that I was able to track down.
The first is ks and the second is kei's site.
I'm suspecting kei's site. His site is called "Tokyo Urban Lab" and he coincidentally named it "Urban City" after a city in CJ.
But there is no way to prove it anymore. Now if someone would be willing to redistribute the data I have, we can solve the problem. (If it's allowed.)
Incidentally, there are many other valuable Akihabara BATs left in the images, but they are all new to me.

 

A friend of mine on Twitter has been trying his best to find them now. I just hope he will find them.

Thanks for helping us out! I'm little confused now who is who? I must admit, when all the great japanese and other far eastern BATters were active, I wasn't around in the community, I joined activly from 2014/2015, and those far eastern/japaese type of BATs have never been of my main focus, but I'm a great collector (you know, some time in the future I might need them) and I hate lost contents. I know about KS, I visited his site and collected all of his BATs, when it was still up and running a few years ago (mostly because I wanted the original non-CAM version of his stuffs). I'm almost certain, that on his site there could have been found only his own stuffs.

Now, I'm not sure about Kei. I never visited his site, I think it went down before my time, but I know that some of Kei's creations were rehosted on Gobanboshi's site.Although I found traces of the Tokyo Urban Lab with webarchive and some of the building were not rehosted as I can see. But I can not find anything else on that page, which would indicate a different creator was active on his site.

So I'm a bit confused now, that those Akihabara BATs were coming from @Neonsim. Or his/her original name is Akihabara? The thing is, that the 2-3 main still active site don't seem to contain anything from those buildings what Neonsim listed in his posts. 

As for rehosting those contents. If those mentioned Akihabara BATs are the same what Neonsim declared as his/her work, or the two person is the same actually, then I don't see any issue to rehost those creations under Neonsim's account, as he stated many times to try to upload them to STEX, but he/she was not able to. 

If we are talking about two different creators, rehosting the creations is still possbile as good faith (we did it before), we just need to know who the original creator was, so we can give the credit to them in the description. 

@Raymond7cn please let me know if you manage to make contact with @III Jim III regarding with his truck props.

A request to our lotting friends who like small but fine details.

I'm searching for a prop pack or the like containing small carts or stands selling food, ice cream, waffles and stuff. This picture (courtesy of Paeng) shows the Maxis food cart, but that's only one prop. If possible, I'd like to have a bit of variation, so if someone could point me to something like this, I'd appreciate. For my purposes, props like the Maxis refreshment stand are possible but really large, so they're only the last resort.

I just ran through the prop-texture catalogue on SC4D, but I didn't really find too many options. I know one prop in RDQ's HD Urban pack, what I use sometimes (object 42 on the image below).

I found some props in one of Uki Sim's prop pack:

I don't know if there is more out there. I hope it helps a bit!

Thanks! It's a great find by you! I left a message for him under one of his more recent videos. But as I see he tends to avoid any clear (or at all) answere where and if his stuffs are publicly available. Hm... I don't know...

I don't have his Akihabara BAT.
When I started sc4 in earnest, kei's site was closed down.
I posted it in the hope that others would have this BAT.

2人の異なる作成者について話している場合、作成物を再ホストすることは誠意を持って行うことができます（以前に実行しました）。元の作成者が誰であるかを知る必要があるだけなので、説明でそれらの作成者にクレジットを与えることができます。

No-no, they are two different person. Kei and Neonsim are NOT the same person as far as I know. I managed to visit Kei's site with webarchive, those Akihabara BATs are NOT Kei's for sure. Disracenboi/Neonsim made them as he commented that in the posts what I linked before, also he stated this under the videos what he posted on Youtube. 

The problem that he stated before, that he uploaded those files to japanese SC4 sites, but there is no trace of that at all.

I don't think you missled us. I'm not familiar with japanese names so I wasn't sure, that the Akihabara is a place or the name of the creator or what. Now this part is getting clear.

WMP Mega Props Vol 01 contains a pair of HD food carts that might be helpful. I don't know if they're any smaller than the Maxis cart, but they should at least provide variation.

Edit: I feel like there's at least one more good example out there, but it's not coming to me. I might just be thinking of the LBT Props that Tyberius mentioned. I know there are a lot of smaller food stalls in the LBT Mega Pack, but I rarely use LBT props, so I'm not especially familiar with them.

Edit 2: Was going through the Prop Catalog to see if I could jog my memory, and found something else that could be helpful. BSC Mega Props JES Vol 01 contains a couple of props of a man with a bunch of balloons. It's not food, but it would work for a park vendor.

Edit 3: Had a quick browse through the LBT Mega Prop Pack. Took some quick screenshots of props that might fit your needs.

Both Art and I have the station by now, thanks to Raymond7cn. I'm gonna share a google drive link with that content. Currently that's the only way how we can make it more public. 

I need to check its probable dependencies and some other stuffs. And since the readme was written in japanese my OS already scrambled the whole thing in the *.txt with unrecognizable characters, so I'm gonna make a readme as well in English. The link probably will be posted here and might be in the first post of the STEX Custodian General Discussion topic, but for the time being (at least according to my current knowladge) there won't be official release on any of the exchanges by us.

Got a collection of Kei stuff ! Commercial office nakagawa, kadochi bank, daito, takahashi and Sanjo Bat+s ! Akanahara that´s the city name given to the tile believe ? Doesn´t rcognize those great downtown colourfull ginza Bat´s. Great crossing station by Brapizza believe ?

Nyaho Taro aka. Degital Earth (Totsugeki taichō aka. Assault Captain) Legacy Collection - Collective Link (last update: 24.10.2020)

DE - Kouka Station (Elevated Station)
DE - Texture Set v1

For now I only uploaded these two. The texture set is a dependency for the station. I included the original readme, but updated with the google drive link, also there is an english translation (by google translator), and htm based readme with the spec of the station. The lot file needed to be updated due to the so called MAC TE-BUG, although I didn't change the stats and capacity of the station (which is really low), just fixed the issue. 

There is a z_Degital Earth English Locals folder and file in the _Documents folder (within the zip). Since the original lot uses japanese character set, which is mostly unreadable for the western edition of the game, you should copy this folder from the _Documents either into your Plugins folder or into the Degital Earth parent folder (within your plugins).
