The tower itself isn't even that remarkable IMO, but this BAT sure is! All those details on the rooftops, and the windows!! Fantastic. It's a perfectly useful size, too, and the building can be complemented with so many W2W BATs.

Arcos da Lapa HD and SD. Click to see it full sized.
It will be separated in 2 pieces (2x1), one with the tram and the other without it, so you can make it the size you want. Originally it has ~270 meters.
Textures are just tests for now.

Wow, these look great! When you say "30 unique BATs", do you mean different models or does the figure include colour variations of the same basic model? Because that's something you could totally do (if you haven't done it yet): simply change the main wall texture and/or roof texture as well as one or two details on a given model, and bang - new variation.

The smaller houses are so small and create so much visual clutter that you don't notice repetitions unless you look for them very carefully. However, the bigger buildings are easier to spot. Therefore, it becomes more noticeable when they repeat. Some colour versions may be a relatively quick and easy way to alleviate this problem.
