According to the rules, it's a first-come-first-serve competition where you'd have to submit right after an image reaches 10 votes, which signifies that there is a winner. The winner faces the next challenger and if they win a total of four rounds, your image will go into the hall of fame and you'll be given an award for it.

 

I'm wanting to join as well, but i'm still working on my image.
