Here Testing and comparing the regular 2x2 lot vs. the FA-2 1x1 lot. As you can see there are 2 issues:

1- shadow issue at the corner

2- no nighlight at the 1x1 FA-2 model. ( I made a simple 3dsmax LOD as a building and the big model is working as a prop). Maybe 2x1 better to turn the lights on?

Any idea whats is going on with these issues?

@ohdude I'm sure the ripped shadow is due to gobias terrain mod. To fix it you must put these parameters.

Funny you should mention.  Next on my list is a BAT request project for @reg … the “Big I” skyscraper in Fukushima as part of his Fukushima project.

For almost 15 years I have been a member of this community. First a quiet one and then I began to comment here and there a little. And I downloaded a lot of stuff that others made. After such a long time of taking it feels like I should also give back a little. Unfortunately, I am not a BATer. But putting together lots is something I enjoy from time to time.

I am very grateful for @mattb325's latest creation, the former mourning hall of the Cemetary Park Pappelallee in Berlin (which is just around the corner from my home). Here is an older aerial photo of the park:

The new BAT gives me the opportunity to recreate this little park, which is one of my favourite places of my neighbourhood. I plan this to be my very first upload and I hope that maybe a few people might enjoy it ... Here is what it looks like with just a few props missing:

Back at it again with some suburban hell:

Some mass sprawl I'm planning out towards the southern part of my region with a lot of parkways and avenues. The northern part of my map is based more on Austin/San Antonio but the southern parts more Houston/Dallas-esque and flat. Doesn't look like much yet, but there will be a ton of mini-lakes/ponds, tract housing, big box stores, and corporate campuses soon with lots of trees (cleared them out to better see what I was doing).

The glasshouse cafe is now available to download.  The single lot can be placed on both in-game water and land and you can MMP right underneath the overhanging deck area with grasses, rocks, ploppable water, etc.
