Thanks Lundonlens, you never know your luck in a big city *;). Tariely, speaking of fits...I was recently asked if I could render out the hanging plants as props so users could make their own hanging walls....

So I rendered out a small 4m section of it:

Seems to work all OK, so I'll add it as a prop in the Ivy download.

Wonderful ! (Ivy ! mwhahahahahaha.)

@Flann

Using the embankment with the stairways to reach the station is super brilliant!! Saves much of the trouble of needing an L1 station (of which there's barely any, and unfortunately none to my knowledge are of the simpler kind). And bravo as well for using an L1 trench for the sunken highway!

I think this example comes close:

st-gog6.jpg

You would need to pass L1 thru lanes over L0 flex fly instead of L1 Flex fly over L0 thru lanes, but otherwise its pretty similar.  The L1 flexfly would become L2.

Are those rail tunnels proper or conversion to subway?  If the former, how did you get two right next to eachother?

They are real functioning tunnels. Using replacement models from Rivit's Tunnel Mod. There is no limitation on having tunnels next to each other like this, provided the landscape allows for it.

Head over to my Lot and Mod Shack to keep abreast of my latest developments.

Do you like custom textures, but don't like all the work involved creating them?, take a look at the Texture Automation options here. Change the look and feel of your transit networks, with the minimum of effort, for example customised versions of my Sidewalk NAM (SWN) and Terrain Grass NAM (TGN) mods, and much more besides.

New to the NAM? Check out my tutorials on YouTube. Latest upload: How to: RHW - MHO Roundabout Interchanges. (Nov 25).

p.s. - I'm MGB over on SC4D and a member of the NAM team.

Trying to get a good glass material is always a pain for me. Think this one might be a bit on the dark side. Lots and lots of work left to do on this one.

Is there a way to get bridges side by side?

@WolfZe

OUTSTANDING -- !!  *:thumb:

When I saw the Nelson Column, I was soooooo hoping you would do "Hermann The German".  *:D

You know -- now that you have gotten into "monument mode" -- there are a number of excellent monuments in Germany erected just after the Napoleonic Wars and many. many, many, from the Imperial Period.  The Leipzig "Battle Of The nations" Memorial comes to mind readily.

In Italy, for thirty years under the Borgias, they had warfare, terror, murder, and bloodshed.  But they produced Michael Angelo, Leonardo Da Vinci, and The Renaissance.

In Switzerland, they had brotherly love and five hundred years of peace.  And what did that produce?

The cuckoo clock !

(Harry Lime to Holly Martins...Graham Greene's THE THIRD MAN...1949)

By completely reworking the models. Mostly I take aerial photographs or google earth to see how the buildings really look like.
3D Warehouse can only serve as a source of ideas, the models can not really use as they are.

No tutorial ... just practice, practice, practice....... *;)
