Starting another Sydney building....as it's not just the standard box, I'll tweak it so that it can be a diagonal ploppable building as well....

Wow! That was fast!

This will make for a great 3x3 (right-angled triangle) diagonal overhang lot!

I like that it has a slightly different look depending on the angle....the diagonal overhanging version
