Yes, correct, I posted the image over a year ago of the CBD in the downtown/CBD-thread I am quite slow when it comes to SC4 (I built suburbs for half a million people in the meantime though )

Started this one a while ago.  Still working on getting the taxiways lined up and adding more on/off taxiways to the runways.  I somehow lost the plops for all those pieces (I can't find them on my toolbar anymore! )  The terminal is on a medium tile.  The vertical runway spans a large tile, the terminal medium, and another large.  The double runways extend into another medium tile.

Well, by a technicality Canadian. But yes, the "dream" is alive in this area. Just maybe a little squished.

At work in this region.  The beautiful Pacific Rim map has been a blast to build on so far.  I love working with the mountains and the water.  The city style is a mashup of Hong Kong, American and European. . .   It has a very unique style.

I'm working on the Maxis state fair. As you can see, I'm reloting it to make it more futuristic. In the future, the Internet and virtual reality may replace the ordinary fairs with cyberfairs, where everything will take place in cyberspace.

I'm not going to use seawalls, because I want to show the beautiful beaches like cities as Miami.

Your residential demand in all three wealths has got to be through the roof already.   You could probably grow residential skyscrapers right out of your farms, LOL.
