I've been concerning about your other projects too even though you may have lost your interests in them. We all like them. Maybe you could make a list of them to see which one we want most, then we can at least have one of them?

About my other projects, I havent abandoned anything I showed here. It's just a matter of having the time. But I do intend to go back to the wavy tower next

the houses are stunning, so cute and actually quite needed...however the glass looks like a flat blue material, I believe you should work on the glass a little? Maybe some curtains etc?

Yes, you're right, roof variations! I guess I didnt go into that because I kinda messed up the geometry of the roof, so it's not a simple switching of textures.

I did create a few color variations now though, here's what the neutral alternative roof set looks like:

Gutterclub, more window details would be nice, but I won't go into that. Not that important in my eyes and I want to proceed to the next stage.

So here is the final selection of the SC2013-style homes:

 

I didnt create roof variations for the colorfuls for a few reasons, one: they dont seem to be that popular, two: when experimenting with it the variations didnt really look that good on them, three: it's also just too much work.

 

All Maxis Nite models have been rendered now as well.

 

Lots have been created and are being tested by SimCoug and T Wrecks at the moment.

Each lot comes with the house prop as a prop family (separated only into color and neutral) to enhance variety. I also used a lot of other prop families on the lots for that reason.

There are lots for the colorfuls and lots for the neutrals, so you can choose to use either or both at the same time.

The lots come in different sizes in growth stages 1 - 4.

They have no dependencies.

Lots 2x2 & 2x4

 

Lots 2x3 & 1x3

 

Lots 2x2 & 3x2

 

 

Also, I submitted a tutorial about creating custom foundations in Max to the Omnibus on saturday.

I assume it hasnt been reviewed yet, since it's not listed.

These look great....although the purple is a little OTT.  The only place I've ever seen a purple house is in Ft Worth, Texas (TCU country)
