Fox, you have a great CJ here!

Really nice visuals, beautiful and stunning style. You have a very interesting city design, and your presentation is top notch. The story is great too!

Cheers, choco.

Hi Fox. I think that's the least I can do to express my appreciation for an author's work. I know how time-consuming this can get.

I love your Downtown. It's a great mixture of old and new buildings. Building a decent Downtown with a balanced skyline is quite difficult, but you did an awsome job there. Great setup for Helsinki Station btw, and your green spaces are a nice touch once again.

I like how you include real-life events into the story of your city. This really brings it to life.

I just stumbled on this cj and must say that your city-building style is quite impressive. I will subscribe to this cj to look for inspiration in my own city-building efforts.

gerAndi ... Thanks for the great comment my old friend...It felt odd bringing the newspaper back, but it also felt good... I may even bring it back permantly if I need it to get the information accross ..

Leech10 ... Thanks Leech, I hope there isnt any either, but the loss of life was so sad, many people died in the Asia region.

Yoman3 ... Once again thanks for commenting here... The train station is from the SYM Production group, it is still in the testing stages and I hope will be released soon, so keep an eye out on the exchange for it. The hotel is the Freeman Hotel or Tower 40 from the Japanese  Bat thread here. It's a great thread for finding out heaps of great bats that come from athe Asia area... Go check it out.

seemurray2 ... Thankyou... I'm glad you really liked it. I hope you come back for more...

mattb325 ... Lol... I'm sure you can keep those comments coming.. once again thanks for the comments.

slann ... Thankyou for your support my old friend, I'm really glad the SCJU has someone like you. Still I'm missing you since you've been away and the lack of time we get to talk these days... Hopefully over the weekend we can talk more.

SpecialEddie ... Actually Typhoon Chanchu was real and killed several people in several Countries, including 41 people in the Phillipines, 21 people in China, 27 confirmed dead in Vietnam and another 170 missing after the storm sank 11 ships from the Nation. Taiwan reported 2 deaths and Japan reported one death.

mightygoose ... Thanks...although the typhoon was no where near me, it was close to where my cj is supposedly located.

chocolatemax285 ... Thanks for the great comment.  I' glad you really like it, it makes it al worth it to get great comments like that.

Fabiocb ... Thanks for the comment, as I said before the Station is from the SYM Production group, it is still in the testing stages and I hope will be released soon.

p1 ... Thanks for dropping by, and I hope that there will be an update soon, although I'm engrossed in WoW atm and have no plans to resume sc4 for a few days atleast, perhaps a week or so. Also the recent SCJU troubles has left me hurt and reclucant to return to the state that the SCJU is in atm.

PhilsCafe ... Thanks. I do appreciate it too all these great comments. I always included the Real Life stuff into my St Marque Inlet journal, and the news was hugely popular,,it's a great way to express a story line with out writing a novel...

GaBoR ... Thanks for stopping and leaving a comment, I really appreciate it.

natedoggg ... I think the parks are the main focus of my Cities, I try to build around them, and they always end up everywhere and as certer peices of every City I do. I just love the greeness.

bokrif ... Thanks for the comment, as above, the Station is from the SYM Production group it is still in the testing stages and I hope will be released soon.

yoder7652 ... Thankyou.. I think that is a honour to have someone subscribe to my City Journal...wow.. thanks. Thanks for the comment and I hope I continue to inspire you.

Thanks everyone else who posted and sent their best wishes during the typhoon... It was appreciated, and I hope when I get around to posting a new update you will all be back again...

Just to keep you all interestd ... here is a picture to show you what is comming up soon ...

Thanks, that station really looks cool.

The new hounsing project is very massive. How much people can live at those towers? I counted 15 towers on that picture. Each of them can hold up to 700-1000 R$$ citizens. So, I guess maximum 15 000 people can live there. Am I right?

Anyway, you should have a really big residential demand to make them grow. How did you do it?

I love seeing ‘under construction’ pics…the noise must be unbearable for the surrounding residents. But, what a great area it will be once complete!

sloppet ... Thanks... I'm glad you like the effort I put into this CJ and the building of the Cities.

1ajs ... Certainly is a boom indeed ... the SCJU is making my little Nation a World player and alot of people coming into the Nation to fuel the economic boom.

jacqulina ... Thanks for the comment, I appreciate it once again.

Bombastix ... Yup.. definately a construction boom ... thanks for leaving a comment.

2ch.net simplayer ... As I said the Slann ... This is the best comment I was hoping for... I am trying to make a mix of Hong Kong and Western into my little Nation, and with you thinking I am achieving that, it really makes me happy... I know I am on the right track now. Thanks... Oh and welcome to the SCJU too... I hope you get approved for Membership.

ThomasAH ... Thanks for the comment, the update is here...no more waiting... 4.gif

anubis89 ... Thank you... It was initially supposed to be residential homes, but it turned into apartments, I zoned in the wrong density ... but when I saw it shooting up I thought I have to leave this and get pictures...

Leech10 ... Thanks for commenting once again Leech.

bokrif ... Nps.... glad I could help, although I hope it won't be too much longer before it is released. You are right about the estimate there.. although that teaser pic only shows 15 apartments, over this update I think you'll be able to count up to 26 apartments... it added about 30,000 to my Cities population. The demand is my specialty.. I always get to grow what I want ... 2.gif

SpecialEddie ... Thanks for dropping by .. I guess you are going to have to drop by more frequently ... 3.gif .. I won't be updating so much in the next week or so, as Ihave the WoW bug and I'm a little distracted with that, and the recent booming forums of the SCJU is taking up a lot of game time too... but I will get the updates when ever I can.

gerAndi ... LOL... your so crazy, but that's why I love you... Thanks for commenting...I'm glad you like it so much.

threeswept ... Thanks for the comment... yes the noise would be unbareable, but I guess with work almost on the waterfront, not too many residents would have to suffer....besides, the entire area is currently seeing a huge increase across the board, new res, com and industry every where.. it's the new booming suburb of Alicante City.... Oh and congratulations on being the 200th post in my City Journal ... I must celebrate.

Well.. on with the update I guess... Here is the development of the new apartment Complex... I think it should be called Bixel Estate...

    Housing%20Estate%20SP%2009.jpg

Now... a small preview of the next update ... I will be showing you the redevelopment of the Santa Pola Station... With the boom in apartments above... the local area is in dire need of a new station that can cope with the amount of traffic ... The only clue I can give to what it will be is that it will be huge, modern and a raely seen bat....

    Santa%20Pola%20Station%2001.jpg

Thanks for the cemments every one and I'll see you around the boards with a new update in the comming week(s) ... depending how sucked into WoW I get...

    Enjoy!
