Absolute stunning work there Fox, there is some absolute awesome BATs and use of that creative imagination of yours in those images.

I am awe-inspired and just inspired by this update; it really is making my knees buckle.

I love the similarity to St Marque Inlet; I see an awful lot of connection and similar city building style. I suppose its not a St Marque Inlet thing its a Fox thing...*Grin*

One thing really stud out in this update: was of course that beautiful Castle. May I ask where you got it and if it is of your own creation "Release it" *Begs on floor*. Anyways its a beautiful building and BAT...

I hope to see some more awesome updates. So: come on get updating Fox, Oh Well Done and thank you...

Good job with the market next to the zoo! I wouldn't have thought that they would fit together so nice! Nice parking lot at the university - your students seems to have rather wealthy parnets ... Even though I had a car, too, in my university times I preferred to take tramway - gas prices was rather expensive even at these times ...

And I do love those Eucalyptus trees from Jeroni in your zoo!

Mr Piggy ... Thanks for such a huge comment and such a great detailed one too... Well it is similar in style to St Marque Inlet, cause this is going to be the Capitial of the St Marque Inlet Nation. I decided that to help ease with confusion over at the SCJU. The castle is actually the Winterton Girls College from over at SC4Brasil ...  great site that is well worth the look around. Here's a link to it ... Winterton Castle , it's made by Isabella Venturelli.

Nardo69 ... Yes... The market is a great buildig and kinda blends in as a Reptile house or something. Glad you noticed that. I guess the parking lots were mainly designed for the teachers and professors at the Uni, but students would no doubt be given a few spaces too. There is a train line that runs along the rear of the Uni that offers quick and cheep access from the surrounding suburbs.

Now.. to move on the pictures you've all been waiting for...

First up... lots of residential apartment means lots of commercial jobs to be created... Here is a great picture of some office towers under construction.

Nearby on the Central park of the Downtown, is the construction of the Atlantic Tower, home to the Atlantic Bank, a consortium of American and Asian investors. In the back ground you can see the construction of the Alicante City HQ of the HSBC.

Ofcourse, where would you be with out the industry? ... Seen here is some of the large warehouses going up in the transport corridor between the Alicante City and the rest of St Marue Inlet.

Last but not least for this update, is the Kings Fountain, an area that stretches accross the central park. Memorial services are held here every year on the anniversary of a Kings death.

Weird ... I'm glad you like the pictures. The fountain is actually a prop by Riptide ... it can be found in this prop pack ... BSC MEGA Props RT Vol 01  .. The lot itself I made in the lot editor, and it is pedestrian enabled to allow foot traffic to cross the park and bypass all those nasty polluting cars.

Nice park and you really seem to have "some" demand there ... two cobb ocean?c at the same time - haven't managed that at all (but I usually don't have so much highrises too except in my metropole)

My mouth dropped to the floor when seeing such magnanimous images. A very unique and creative idea to form a part of a CJ into a construction City. It shows how big the boom in your city is. I name this city from now on: Alicante City - St Marque's Dubai. If you kind of get that Joke. For Dubai is the fastest growing city in the world...I hope you get into anyways....

Nonetheless the update was darn stunning. The unique construction images, also the high-tech park was inspirational. Oh and of course: The King's fountain Park. *Drools* I recall seeing that over at DudyConstructor. But no matter of how beautiful it is I am curious of whether you will be releasing it?

So! Keep up the brilliant work. And congrats on developing such a great city...
