23. Modernism - The 7th Five Year Plan

You've done a great work regarding snow scenes and urban planning. Although I find some of the pre-fabs way too close to each other, especially on the lower part of the first image those are too close to each other. On google maps you can find plenty of ex-Eastern Bloc cities to look for ideas. Once again good job. -

So there is no solution for this problem, right?

I can second that 'coal mine storage bug', the trucks disappear. The worst part is that even if you bulldoze the garages and build new ones, there are no trucks...
-
I will double check, but no trucks from mines are moving around, the storages are full at the mines and the smelter need coal.
-
Well it must be that trucks are stuck in traffic, but my trucks go from mine to smelter and there is no impossible traffic between these two. And if I look the different map modes it doesn't actually show the supposedly stuck trucks, like they didn't even started from the garages at the mine. So if there is no trucks than it is not about traffic...

Question on commuting in Region play by water
bokrif replied to RubinoCE's topic in SimCity (2013) General Discussion
Yep, I think this kind of partitioning of large regions are about resource sharing, as you can't export more than your current amount of water/electricity/else then this amount divided by the number of possible import cities. Dumb game rule.. -
I have the same issue not only with coal but ore mines too. I have like 1 advanced coal mine and around 6-7 ore mine and all of them are full. I built the maximum number of garages and I have plenty of free space in my storage sites. Also the smelter is asking for coal or ore or both. Somehow trucks don't work, like they are on strike. I suspected congestion at the entrance of my city but I realized mine trucks don't leave the city so I looked for them but they are nowhere in the city. Related problem is that supply from partially filled storage sites is lagging behind demand from my single smelter. I have a complete infrastructure for mining and smeltering and my city is tending to go bunkrupt. Any ideas? @Mayor Winston: How many sims live in your town? Because in my city these problems came with population, when I had around 30,000 it worked well but the mines cried for labour force, now that I have 121,000 they have the workers but the trucks don't do their job, they are not even on the roads.

What time do they make the update? It seems in Europe they haven't upgraded.

bokrif replied to ProcsKalone's topic in SimCity (2013) Modding - Open Discussion
Kinda dull question but how does this mod affect this whole cloud thing? What are the risks?
