Another nice growable,a 7.5, but it needs some work, like getting rid of all those street lights, and adding some more flora, maybe a newspaper machine or a vending machine.

Way too few residents compared to other similar buildings in the game. Otherwise looks great. Can you do a version with reasonable numbers?

It's actually based on some apartments in Toronto. As for the number of residents, I wouldn't want to tinker with that myself; this is a BSC lot, so they did all the modding.

Try giving it a parking lot instead of that tree stuff, and id love it!

I like it. Well made, realistic looking. Am gonna use this one in my cities. And I like the 'tree stuff' in front.

Too bad about the R$ numbers. I am in Toronto and recognise this building as based off the late 60's/early 70's high rises that are so prevalent in some parts of the city. This model is particularly well done, though and I would have liked to use it in my cities... :(
