    The fields are now members of PARKS through the Cohorts ... they will drive your landvalues through the clouds and make most of the $ and $$ leave the city. This is the reason we did the Farm EP and got rid of the plops because our fields trashed the cities. Good eyecandy for CJ's but useless in working cities.

    Barby cleared this upload with me too and I have no issue with it. More and more great BATS will be lost as more and more fan sites go down. It is my opinion that BSC will salvage what they can and will only respond to the original owner if there is a problem with the upload.

  12. Guys and girls ... after so many years of SC4 and ST why do we keep on seeing these types of posts. Why don't you all just play the game, enjoy the content on ST and if something BREAKS your game post it and warn people and leave it at that ... the community has matured in a large part to a place where the serious players just needs a warning and will make their own decisions ... the *****ers and screamers don't play they only rant so steer clear. Just my opinion and I will not respond again.

    Well a lot of hi-tech explanations here ... let me add my piece ... With the BSC making use of large MEGA PACKS it happens that I may need a builing with specific values for a special reason ... what will then happen is that I will use an existing model from an existing MEGA PACK and create a DESC file for it that suits my needs ... now I have a ???.SC4Lot file and ???.DESC file in my package ... with a reference to the MEGAPACK as a dependency. This is how it happens that you get a DESC file without a MODEL in a package. I used this a lot in my MEGA LOTS for Industrials and housing complexes.
