    I think a good example of a re-built rust belt city, and what Detroit could do, is Indianapolis. After wollowing (sp?) in sorrow they kicked out their incompetent mayor who would do nothing in favor of someone with almost no experience (you here this Detroit? we were fed up with things and used our power to make a point and change things). This led to revitalization of downtown. Dirty areas were made into parks, museums were built, taxes were lowered and change happened. The city is not perfect but a new lively hood has emerged.

  3. There have been a lot of great cities thrown around, but i think one of the three South African capitals, Mickebear said Johannesburg. But I think South Africa gets kind of forgotte about because it is kinda shoved away in a corner of the world, 1000's of miles from the next modern city. I'm not saying there aren't modern cities in Africa, but South Africa seems to have been picked out of Europe or Australia. It has potential.

    The 3.1 area and close ups look, well I guess nice wouldn't be the appropriate term. I assume it is not that nice of an area, if it's not it looks that way. And if it is you did a good job of recreatating the look and feel. Can't wait to see more.

    After steeping back for a while I realized that tons of my measurments were off. I could bore you with the math but I won't. So I had to pretty much start over, don't worry it won't take as long the second time around. But I am glad I found these before I released because it would have looked pretty bad.
