I imitated this 16-storey condo from real-life buildings in Muang Thong, Bangkok. In game, the height is close to Copur Apartment but the size is much bolder.
It's stage 7, R$$ with 2,500 residents (or 4,500 R$ when deteriorated). There are 2 Lot formations attached here -- 5x4 and 5x6, not much decorated. So, feel free to tweak them.
No dependencies for this set, but make sure you have all updates from Maxis.

- Trimming LOD at the base, placing props close to the building is now possible.
- Fix unreasonable properties values on garbage and water consumption.
