Awesome Job as always, Simgoober. This store looks almost exactly like the one in Holly Hill, FL. Publix always has nice-looking, clean stores, with fantastic customer service.

cool. too bad none of the north tampa (wesley chapel) stores look like this. you could add a papa johns and blockbuster video into a plaza type setting w/this building and replacate every major intersection in florida.(i don't know why they are always together, but they are.at least here in pasco county) sorry, i ramble alot.

This lot is great! I live in S.E. Florida and once worked at one too. (lousy place to work, because of management at most stores) I won't use it unless I can figure how to edit the jobs. The jobs are WAY off. 80% $, 9% $$, and 2% $$$. Its mostly by $6.50-$7.50/hr part timers that are given 39hr weeks. The only one who seemed to be making anything decent (and still not $$$) was the store manager, and sometimes a dept head if they were around for a while.

Make an industrial (so there is shipping) lot of a Publix warehouse/distro (8x8 or 10x10). The office jobs will pull in lots of $$ and some $$$. Loading pays good, so there shoud only be a few $ to represent entry level loaders.
