Another outstanding lot by Simgoober! My cities wouldn't be the same without them! However, shouldn't it have a slight Yimby effect? Res and Com should get a small boost as both benefit from grocery stores. A+++

I love the lot but why does the parking lot show up as grass? Many of my other lot's do the same thing. Is there something I need to download?

I love this almost as much as I do shopping at the new Publix stores here in Birmingham. They have great fried chicken in the deli, BTW.
