KK Highway Barrier Department

Comes with two growable, very similar looking manufacturing lots. One 4x5, and the other is 5x5 but has seasonal flora. The highway barrier department is for creating concrete road barriers. It's a place for storing them, and they place and pick up the road barriers. The barriers are used for dividing highways and for assisting in safe road repairs, along with other various uses.
Sorry no plopable versions, made the growable first by accident. Just use the 'BuildingPlop' cheat with https://community.simtropolis.com/files/file/21118-SimCity-4-extra-cheats-plugin/ and look for "KK Highway Barrier Department", for the plopable lot versions.

Note: All of the dependences are required for a complete looking lot; without any brown boxes, missing textures or objects.
The seasonal props will need about a year to fully appear. Afterwards they will always be visible.

Installing: For SimCity 4 Deluxe and SimCity 4 Rush Hour Only
After downloading, extract the folder and open it. Than open folder inside named "Kloudkicker" and open folder in there labeled "KK Highway Barrier Dept README". After reading the README text file inside, remove folder "KK Highway Barrier Dept README" and store it in a separate place other than the two plugins folders or discard it. Take folder "Kloudkicker" and place it in the Documents SimCity 4 Plugins folder. Enjoy while playing.

Uninstall:
Bulldoze all of the lots in every city they were placed and then remove the files from your Plugin folder. NO! NO! NO! I forbid it!
