Well those of you who dont know how to plop a res just remember to zone res first then plop over that making sure there is demand for it and the area has everything it needs like water power schools and stuff. Anyways thanks guys.

hey budman01 some people work 60+ hours because they need to work on something a little bigger or a little more detailed. 30 hours is very good for that building if you ever see a real pic of it think twice. Once again great work joe.

That building looks absolutely beautiful! But I have a question - only 3,000 people? Is that what it is in real life? And does the growable version (the one I plan on using) go down from $$$ -> $$ (I can't spell that d-word for the life of me) or is it just 3,000 to none?
