This is my first attempt at a viable house. In a rather unusual concept, the yard was placed atop the roof to maximize usage of limited space. The property, previously an exclusively rich manor, is now affordable to the mid-class due to the small land area. Maximum occupancy: R$$ 15, R$ 23. Please give feedback.
