Welcome to Suburbia! And where would the suburbs be without stripmall shopping centers? This is where the everyday Joe and Jane stops to pick up stuff on their commute home. We are starting with a small strip center, With an Ace Hardware in the anchor position. To round out the choices, there is a Dollar General, Shanonn's Scrap Books (for my wife!), Arby's Roast Beef, #1 Chinese, a Pet Shop, and Hair Cut.
Keep you eyes open for more Shopping Centers to come, and they will get bigger as they do!

UPDATE : I rebuilt the ploppable, and it is now transit enabled for a side entrance. It will connect automatically if you plop it with a road on that side, or you can manually connect it using a street. This is for appearances only.
Also, I decided to make things simpler for the end user, and all custom queries and sounds are now included in the lot files. No extra dat file is necessary.

Directions :
Place all files in a unique folder, in your my docs\SimCity\plugins folder. You may also place any desc and model files in the mais plugins folder if you wish.
