Beautiful details on this! I'm loving all these Belgian gems of buildings you're doing... it's like you're working through a list of every favorite building I encountered in my travels there.

@simlacroix--a "plain" Landmark actually makes quite a lot of sense for this building as its a historic labor union social hall. A commercial mod might make a little bit of sense as today it houses businesses and offices, but making it a residential lot would be kind of nonsensical.  Given its historical use though I think actually making it a Civic educational lot would make the most sense if going beyond a simple landmark.

simlacroix, you serious? Probably you don't know the hard work he does to make such detailed and beautiful buildings. You can easily do what you ask by yourself, mate.

Absolutely 5 star. February I'll take a visit in Brugges (2nd times), Gent, Antwerpen, Rotterdam, Amsterdam and Utrech. I'm gonna check these buildings.

@simlacroix I really don't understand what the problem is with a simple but beautiful LM. There is several way to tweak the lots (like I did with the Peg Seaports) and you can make easily RCI versions from this.

Anyway! Thanks @Aarsgevogelte to sharing this another gem.

Answer to @mertzigzag & @JP Schriefer: People, I am NOT making any judgements here, that was just an opinion, I love this but I'd rather use it as either a C or R building, that was just a tought, I was expressing a wish... I was not asking for an opinion on my review or even saying this should be different, is that clear? I love this, he is the BEST, but that was just... wishful thinking if you want to call it someway, I do hope that's settled now. If someone is kind enought to explain me how to make this a commercial building, I'll really appreciate that. Thanks in advance!
